West Los Angeles Healthcare Center

The West Los Angeles Healthcare Center strives for excellence in patient care, research, and education. It provides a full spectrum of primary and tertiary inpatient and ambulatory care (acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation, extended care, mental health services, and home healthcare) to over one-million veterans residing in the primary service area of Los Angeles County, which has the largest concentration of veterans of any county in the United States.
Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center

The Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center & Nursing Home offers a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility and provides care to approximately 17,000 patients.
All patients are assigned to primary care which is provided by three multidisciplinary teams. The center has specialty outpatient programs in spinal cord injury, stroke rehabilitation, women's health, preventative medicine, dentistry, mental health, and chemical dependency.

Founded in 1924 as the 12-bed Milton Hospital, Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center, Centinela Campus has grown to become a 370-bed medical center. Recognized nationally and internationally for its work in the area of orthopedic medicine, Centinela is the official hospital for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers, Clippers, Sparks and the Avengers.

VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) is a tertiary care facility classified as a Clinical Referral Level 1 Facility. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System is a part of Desert Pacific Healthcare Network which includes facilities in Las Vegas, Loma Linda, San Diego, and the Greater Los Angeles area. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System is one of the most diversified tertiary health care providers in the VA. It is a teaching hospital, providing a full range of patient care services, with state-of-the-art technology as well as education and research.

Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center has over 50 years of experience providing quality care for persons with physical disabilities. In the 1950's, Rancho Los Amigos made its transition to rehabilitative care with the waning of the polio epidemic, refocusing the team treatment approach developed to address polio on the rehabilitation of persons with disabling injury and illness.
